And the solution is complete!

So I've succeeded in creating mudreader.com which is my rendition of what Google Reader used to be by making changes to tt-rss which is a great open-source rss feeder!

Why mudreader? Well, I was having difficulty coming up with a name so I used a name generator that also looks at available domains and wa la. My wife gave the idea of making it look like an old wax stamp with a big M for the logo.

For the most part the reader is solid. I made a lot of adjustments to the mobile version version to get the look and feel right to what I remember it being.

Thanks to the following for creating open-source projects:

  • tt-rss for the main backbone
  • g2ttrss-mobile for the mobile template.
Feel free to sign up and if you have any difficulties using or suggestions on fixing, I welcome feedback!
